The hotel has very amiable staff. It is in excellent location to a shopping mall, set right at the venue. And it's nestled in a nice building just next door to many services. Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay.

Located close to various amenities, I enjoyed my stay in a cozy double room equipped with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a convenient writing desk, while also appreciating the extensive breakfast options available at the bar.

I had a pleasant short stay at One. The room was comfortable and well-taken care of. The location was convenient for my work in Cuautitlan Izcalli and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided great service. I recommend this hotel.

The fitness center was not available, and there was no nearby gym to use.

The hotel had a great bed and pillows! It was great to have the convenience of a refrigerator in the room, it allowed us to store the snacks and wine we bought for our romantic escape. the hotel was located in a safe and accessible neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was subpar with limited options. We were disappointed that there was no juice available.

The hotel I stayed at during my city break was awesome. The location was really great, with lots of dining options nearby. I loved that it was close to everything I wanted to experience during my trip. the service at the hotel was superb. The staff were really friendly and helpful. One thing that stood out was how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. It made my stay really comfortable.

There wasn't much variety and the quality wasn't that great. It really let the hotel down.

The 3-stars hotel is well-taken care of, with comfortable beds and a good location for working in Cuautitlan Izcalli. The variety of nearby restaurants is a plus. Staff, property condition, and overall service are very good for a competitive price.
